Nothing can disturb the soul within, the One that is the witness of the body. Life can deal many scenarios, some wonderful and some traumatic. But it is each of these that brings One to their rightful place of knowing who they are. We do ride the roller coaster of life; its purpose is to detach us from the delusion that we are the body. Through practicing our spiritual discipline at all moments of the ride, as we are taken from highest peak to lowest ground, we are shaken awake to the realisation that all that happens in our life is purely part of an intimate and unique journey from self to God. He must have a natural bent towards truth and right conduct. He must direct his mind towards the welfare of all mankind. Dharma (righteousness) will shine and illumine only the person who serves all and confers joy on all. Such a person will not only receive the grace of the Lord, but also attain the ultimate goal of merging in Him. - BABA 6 November 2009 Log in Who is Online ?
