Look to see how you are making your decisions and choices NOW. Chances are you will make at least one fairly important decision during the next week. Maybe you are facing an important personal choice right now. Use the forms below to track "where you are coming from" and how you are making present-day decisions and choices. The first form is for a "right now" choice you are facing. The second is for use over the next week. It is a "choice diary".
