See if you can catch yourself complaing,

In either speech of thought, about a situation you find yourself in,
what people do or say, your surroundigs, your life situation, even the weather.

To complain is always nonacceptance of what is.

Funny you should come up with this one...haha, but not really, as it has been something that i have been focusing on for the past couple of weeks. I get really frustrated with myself because I still seem to loose patience driving....it's gotton much better, but there is PLENTY of room for improvement.

Thank goodness you realise its one you have to work on haha... I remember so well the abuse that flew from your mouth as we were driving anywehere to get somewhere, haha... I always laughed at your amusing ways of road rage ... I still laugh just thinking about it ... I will be taking noitce for the improvment when you get back home here. Teehee.

Well I took notice of each time something didn't go the way I wanted or excpected it too... and I would begin to complain ... but then remembering this focus today ... I stopped mid stream and just accepted wat was ... it always turned out ok ... weird how that works...

but this morning my son Chayne caught me out complaining to him about trying to send some money to him etc ... he says to me ...



"now mum, you know its not going to h elp or change things by complaining to me now about it"

... well I just had to laugh ... dam kids show me up everytime. haha

Hehehe,how funny! hehehe i also have had a knowing to focus on complaining... people being late.. simple little things not going 'my' way...HAHAHAHA I always laugh at that - "MY" way!!! HAHAHA who's way lauren?? WHO'S way lauren HMM HHMM???!!!
