Yearning

I am yearning.
What am I yearning for?
I am yearning to fill an emptiness inside
Nothing or no one fills that emptiness
What can I fill this emptiness with?
Is this emptiness from missing God's Golden light embracing me.
Like a child missing her father?
My soul knows.
My yearning is from my soul remembering and wanting to be home
In God's embrace
My soul knows
My soul remembers the peace and love from home.
One day I will be in God's Golden embrace again
