Patience

When a sower sows his seed he has to entrust that seed to God. He has to resign his seed to the care of Mother Earth, to the great Master. He must not disturb it, resting confident that the wonder of growth will take place. To those of you who find life sometimes tiresome because things won’t work out quickly enough for you, we say try to remember not to keep on pulling up the seeds to see what is happening, Be patient – as the sower has to be. He has to have confidence in the powers that be; and the growth of the seed comes to pass. Man is never satisfied. He wants everything exactly right, to be bot too hot, not too cold, not too wet, not too dry. He wants everything all his own way, but what does he himself do to produce that perfect balance? That is the question. When man can once learn to find a balance within himself, to begging about the balance between his spiritual and his physical life; when he creates the right conditions out of his own soul, then he will have everything exactly as he wants it!
