The War between Higher Self and Ego!

Unhappiness springs from past as displeasing thoughts or from an unsatisfied present moment or from fear of the future.

Combat the war between Higher Self, which is all divine love and peace and ego that is constantly trying to catch you in a drama of thoughts purposefully to cause you feelings of sadness and depression; by practicing conscious awareness of this war and its process and in learning the ability to stop this process with your god given willpower. Simply choose to be happy and at peace instead!

Past … has been, has gone, what you are really hanging on too is merely the ability to use an old worn out situation as a means to feel continually saddened and diseased with depression. Remember sadness and depression can also be an addictive ailment that one has to consciously work on with willpower in order to conquer those malignant thoughts, and Faith and Trust in Gods Will and Timing of past events being perfect for your individual growth.

Present … your unhappiness lies in wanting to change your present moment. To win this battle, learn to accept all in your Now with firm Faith and Trust in Gods Will and Timing.

Future … Fear of the unknown can turn your mind into a spin with assumptions and fear ridden scenarios. Again it is only with Faith and Trust in Gods Will and Timing that you can surrender to the present moment without any fear for the future that has already been mapped out for you specifically by God.
