Be Honest with yourself

Look into your heart and you will know the truth of your situation. It's safe to admit the truth to yourself, for God will always support and guide you through any necessary changes. You can always lean on him for courage and the strength to take good care of yourself.

If you are not honest with yourself, you will loose yourself in the lies and denial. Every situation that comes to you, does so to show you who you are. Everything external of you is mirroring what is within. Watch, listen, take notice, what is it that you are being told?
